What do I need to do to change my account from exclusive to non-exclusive as I would like to publish all my currently published repertoire on audiosparx.com, with you.
02/14/2023 at 17:39 #3293011Hi,GPPomponi432
I asked the operation department. The music platform audiosparx you mentioned has no business in China, so there is no problem for you to upload music to this platform.
Our exclusive agreement is to only restrict music platforms that have business in China. We will not restrict such platforms as YouTube and Spotify because they do not have Chinese business. In addition, you have signed an exclusive agreement, which cannot be downgraded to non-exclusive at will. If you really need it, you can apply for a new non-exclusive account
Thanks02/14/2023 at 17:56 #3293052Excellent like this, the songs are currently only on that platform and obviously advertised on Youtube Spotify etc.
For the certification it is still necessary to upload the photos of the DAW / midi file, or since they are already published in my name, is it sufficient to send you the publication links? Thanks
02/14/2023 at 19:01 #3293158I have only one doubt left:
does the music sold by 100audio.com still remain within the Chinese borders? Otherwise, i.e. if he then uses the music in the USA or Europe, he has purchased the synchronization license to publish the music synchronized to his images, but when his video will be broadcast on non-Chinese TV or radio, he will still be subject to to copyright, in my case BMI (American PRO)02/15/2023 at 09:38 #3293985Hi,GPPomponi432
Our platform only requires you to provide a relatively complete midi file or audio file as proof of your work, if only screenshots cannot pass the review.
As for your second question, this situation usually does not happen, and we have never had any copyright issues with BMI before. As long as the platform has no business in China, there are generally no restrictions.02/26/2023 at 02:22 #3307542hi, is the Jamendo music platform on the list of banned platforms where you can’t upload tracks to take with you? Does she do business in China?
02/27/2023 at 09:51 #3308411Hi,SHRAM
Jamendo has not entered the Chinese market, and we have no restrictions on uploading music on this platform.
The Chinese exclusivity agreement is only limited to music platforms with actual business in China. -
