Hello, Regarding point 5, in the contract it is used the word “exclusive” (The Entrusting Party hereby entrusts the Entrusted Party to act as its sole authorized representative to exclusively handle all matters related to the above authorization for using the purchased music works during the period and within the scope of authorization specified in relevant agreements. The Entrusting Party solely grants the Entrusted Party, and SHALL NOT grant any third party other than the Entrusted Party such authorization.)
Can you please elaborate it? Because I am signing a not exclusive contract option.

    Many thanks

    Hi,
This does not mean that your music is exclusive, it should be other things authorized. you can take a look at the content in this post.

Regarding the question of exclusive or non-exclusive, if you sign a non-exclusive agreement, then we will not restrict you to upload on any other music platform. If you sign an exclusive agreement, we only restrict the music platforms that have business in China.
Such as YouTube, Spotify and other platforms that do not have business in China, we do not restrict uploading.
