    Hello 100audio team and Happy Holidays!
    I have a problem with receiving my funds. The latest withdraw I made is technically made, but actually I have no funds received in my account at all. Please, can you investigate the case and let me know where is the problem and how can we fix it?

    We need to submit the commission information to the bank for review. After the bank approves it, it will send you an email in time. If you have not received the commission-related email, it means that your application is still in the review queue. Thank you for your understanding.

    I’ve made the withdraw on 15 November 2022 and 2 months later still nothing – no email, no transaction.

    Should I wait more?
