    The operation department told me that they have sent you relevant emails a few days ago. You can check whether it is recognized as spam by your mailbox or other situations.
    In addition, the bank you filled in is ALFA-BANK. This bank is currently sanctioned and may not receive money. The operation department recommends that you change to another bank.
