    Hi!

    I would like to know if anyone have had their music stolen by a Chinese company called Music 163?
    They have uploaded my music without permission and 100Audio is has brought contract violation claims against me since I’m exclusive with 100Audio.
    It’s totally unfair and I’m the victim here but now i get severe penalty fees from 100Audio!

    NetEase Cloud Music is a music streaming platform in China.

    Since you signed a China-exclusive agreement, your music cannot be uploaded to other Chinese music copyright platforms except 100Audio.

    If you are not aware of this, please contact your agent to see if they are illegally uploading your music to other platforms. Please contact them to remove the music. Thank you

    I found out that it’s Ditto that has released it to Music 163 for streaming only though. I have contacted them for a takedown but I don’t really see how it is a contract violation since it’s only streaming and not downloading. It should generate more publicity in my opinion.

    A fine of 460$ when you have sold my tracks 0 times is quite insane and I don’t think that I’m going to upload any more music to 100Audio. You’re not what I expected to be honest.

    Netease Cloud also provides music download and purchase services. It is not a simple streaming media platform. If someone uses your music for commercial purposes, it is a clear violation of the exclusive agreement. Thank you for your understanding.

    Then how am I supposed to be exclusive in china with you? I have no control over where and how customers use my music.
    How can I become a non exclusive artist with you? Can you downgrade our current contract?

    The downgrade contract is deducted by part of the difference commission and penalty. If you want to downgrade to a non-exclusive user, you need to select the downgrade option in the appeal
