    Hello 100audio community. Why did I stop getting sales emails?

    I checked the record of the email and it shows that the email was not sent and was returned.
    Please check your email settings to see if there are blacklists or other security settings that cause rejection of messages.

    Thanks for the reply ZhaoShiru. I checked my mail settings and everything is fine there. I also contacted the support of my mail and this is what they answered: Please contact the site support service and ask them
    provide the following information: the full text of the non-delivery report of the letter
    or the full SMTP log (mail server log) of the sending session
    letters by the sender’s mail server to your address.

    Can you help me with this?

    This is the email address we send notifications to, you can try adding it to the whitelist. donotreply@100audio.com

    Because the setting methods of different mailboxes are different, we can’t determine where there is a problem with your mailbox. You can consult the customer service of your mail company.
