    请问管理员，1、我不小心撕毁了一些之前签的合同，不包括和平台签订的合同。请问有什么后果，该如何补救？
    2、如果我想终止和平台的合同，我应该怎么做？
    请管理员依据合同条文来回答，谢谢！

    撕坏了不会影响合同的法律效力，另一方也还有原件，可以协商补一份复印件之类

    具体他要跟被撕的合同方沟通

    另外在合同到期前是不能随意提前终止合同的。
