I would like to shift to a non exclusive contract once my China-exclusive contract expires.
Please upload a non exclusive contract for me to sign. I will sign and send it immediately.

Your contract expires on March 13, and you check it out a week before it expires. If there is a problem with your contract, colleagues will also contact you by email

When I go to the Contract page, it still shows me a China Exclusive contract. Please change this to Non Exclusive. I will sign it immediately.

I have downloaded the contract. It is Non exclusive which is correct. However, there is a field called “Exclusivity” on the download page which still says “China Exclusive”. Will this change after I sign the new Non Exclusive contract? I have attached a screen shot for your reference.
Must I also sign the letter of authorization? It says “The entrusting party hereby entrusts the entrusted party to act as its sole authorized representative to exclusively handle all matter related to the above authorization for using the purchased music works during the period and within the scope of authorization specified in relevant agreements.”
Could you please explain what that means for exclusivity.

You just sign the non-exclusive contract and upload it to us, and relevant colleagues will review it.
In addition, that authorization also needs to be signed and uploaded.The authorization document has nothing to do with whether your account is exclusive or not.
