    Hey 100audio team,

    So on 22nd december I got an email that I had one sale but that particular sale didn’t appear in my earnings section and does not seem to be included in my total earnings amount. What happened here, did a customer cancel the sale? How can I see what happened?

    There was a customer who made mistakes, and bought the wrong music. He applied for a refund soon after the purchase. So it’s not shown on your sales list.
