Is it permissible if I, as the exclusive writer at 100audio, upload the music here on music streaming platforms such as Spotify, Joox, Resso/Tiktok?

After signing up as a China-exclusive author, items uploaded on 100Audio cannot be uploaded to other music platforms within the territory of the People’s Republic of China for sale or download. It means that every track you uploaded to 100Audio shall not be uploaded elsewhere in China.
Because there are many music websites around the world that carry out related business, we can not provide a detailed list. So you need to confirm with each other’s website that they don’t have any business in China or relevant information.
If any music websites mentioned above have entered the Chinese market or have relevant records in China, you can’t upload items on this website, otherwise, there will be copyright conflict.
（Special note: tiktok is a Chinese company, uploading to tiktok will have copyright risks, so we do not recommend that you upload to tiktok）Then what happens if for example there is exclusive music in 100audio that is uploaded on the streaming platform?

If the exclusive author uploads works on 100audio to other music platforms and we track it down, we will impose penalties in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract. If copyright-related issues are involved, we will further pursue relevant legal responsibilities.
Then what about author non-exclusive , won’t it be a problem if the music is uploaded on a music streaming platform?
