    Hi,

    I’m at a bit of a loss and not sure what I’m doing wrong. I had a track rejected because “melody of the certification does not match the audition music”. The certification zip file that I uploaded contains all of the stems of the final production, in addition to a screenshot of the session. I don’t understand how the melody does not match if I’ve provided all the associated tracks used in the mix. Do you not need all stems, just one of them?

    Please advise.

    You may not have noticed when uploading, here is the screenshot of the music and your certification. The name is completely different, and the melody is different, so you can check it out.

    Thank you for your reply. I think there may be a system mix up. That other track is not my music, it appears to be someone else’s submission. I have re-uploaded my track with the certification. Hopefully it all goes well this time.
