    According to the contract, it is not possible to downgrade to a non-exclusive author before the contract expires.
    If you need a non-exclusive account, you can apply for a new one

    Okay so we’re in a catch 22 moment.
    We can’t change the contract and we have no control over Apple music.
    When does my contract expires?
