    Hey, I would like to update my bank info but when I click on “Update Personal Information” I always end up at the “Your Application is Pending” page.. what can I do?

    After you submit your bank information, you will be prompted to send back a signed document. You have not sent back this file before, so you have been stuck in the review status. Please sign and send the electronic version of the document back to us for later review.
    We will contact you by email and attach the relevant documents
