    Hi,

are traditional Christmas carol instrumentals (such as Jingle Bells / Hark, the Herald Angels Sing) allowed to be sold on 100Audio in respect to the policy in the contract to avoiding political or religious content?

    Hi,Jigsound

Classic songs such as “Jingle Bells” are mostly public copyright songs, and there will be no copyright or religious restrictions. As there are many Christmas songs, you need to confirm whether the songs have passed the copyright protection period before uploading the music. (The copyright protection period in China is fifty years after the death of the original songwriter)
In addition, if the music involves sensitive words such as Nazis, cults, etc, it is completely forbidden, because it is totally illegal.

    thanks
