I’ve read a letter of authorization, and have a couple of questions before signing.
First: “The Entrustiong Party solely grants the Entrusted Party, and SHALL NOT grant any third party other than the Entrusted Party such authorization” – this paragraph looks like after signing the letter one could not licence his tracks via any other services or sites – is it?second: The Entrusting Party shall bear all legal liabilities for the act of implementing this authorization BY the Entrusted Party” – simply put, the musician is responsible for the implementation of this agreement BY YOU (100Audio). How could it be? One can bear legal responsibility only for his own acts, not for others’

1. The problem with this license is that after your music is sold on our website, if any customer has infringement or illegal use problems, we have the right to pursue responsibility and you can not authorize this matter to a third party, otherwise there will be relevant legal risks. I would like to emphasize here that the authorization is not for your music, but for the music sales process and after-sales related issues
2. When you signed the tripartite contract, the contract stated that the music you uploaded to the website does not allow any infringement or plagiarism.
The copyright of music always belongs to you. You only need to be responsible for the relevant legal responsibility for your personal work.
