Hello, dear support team. I have got two questions:
    1) What should I do with that?

“Your Agreement will be expired after 54 days.
Please click the button below, download the corresponding file, sign and upload.
You have a processing Contract / Authorization, please wait patiently…”

But there are no buttons bellow!

    2) Secondly, I decided to renew the contract if only 7-10 tracks of my choice would be kept in my portfolio. These tracks had some sales in 2021.
Unfortunately, I see no reasons to keep the rest 210 tracks here, and therefore I would like them to be completely removed after the ending of current contract and before signing a new contract.
    Is it possible?
If this form of cooperation does not suit you, and you disagree, then I don’t want to renew the contract for a new period, and ask you to delete my account and all my tracks from your web-site after the ending of the current contract.

    Regards,
    Yuriy.

    Hi, Melomaker

If you intend to renew the contract, you can upload your signed contract and agreement through the link below:https://100audio.com/en/vendor-dashboard/documents-upload/

We don’t have the option to keep part of your items. If you do not renew your contract after expiration, all the music in your account will be temporarily stored for 90 days and will be automatically deleted after 90 days. You can choose to sign a non-exclusive account, in which case your music will be uploaded to other websites without copyright restrictions.

    Thank you for your understanding!

So, if I don’t do anything, don’t click the button for generating a new contract in my dashboard – my music will be removed after 90 days of ending of my contract, won’t it?
But If I click this button, what should I do next for becoming non-exclusive author? Will my current tracks in portfolio become also non-exclusive, or only the new-uploaded tracks will be non-exclusive?

    Hi, Melomaker

You can change your account to a non exclusive account when you renew it. If you confirm to change it into a non exclusive account, you can contact us by email and specify the reason. We will email you the contract of a non exclusive account. Then you need to sign and upload the contract. After the renewal is successful, the music in your original account will become non-exclusive tracks.
