    Hello, I just got this email, but haven’t got any new contract or letter of authorization I can fill and upload. Suspending my account at once, without contacting me in advance is a big surprise.

    Dear musician,
    the agency contract you signed with 100Audio has expired, your account has been suspended, music has been no longer for sale and will be stored for 90 days.
    Please renew your contract on this page, the music will revert to saleable status when the contract is renewed.
    Once more than 90 days, we will revoke your musician status and no longer store the music, the audio files will be unrecoverable

    Hi, if indeed it went to the spam folder, I can’t recover spam older than 2 months. Can you please resend the renewal documents? Otherwise, I don’t have anyoption to submit the needed documents. Thank you
