Hi 100 Audio,
Of the two choices at the top of the dashboard, I clicked the left one, which generates a new contract. I don’t want to do this as I wish to change to non-exclusive when my current contract runs out in December.
Is there a way of being able to make the choice again and only click the ‘generate authorisation only’ option instead?

We found no problems with your account. If you can download the contract and upload it normally, it will not affect the normal use of your account

It is practicable to move from a Worldwide-Exclusive contract to China-Exclusive.

I also have another China-Exclusive account (sergeygulevich1). Could I move the tracks from it (not many) to this account (sergeygulevich) after I downgrage to China-Exclusive? I wanted to have one single China-Exclusive account without separation… And one more thing. Can I transfer my earnings to my main, first, account from the second account? It is feasible to merge the items of two Chinese exclusive accounts, but the sales amount of the accounts cannot be merged. You can apply for a one-time withdrawal. After that, one of your accounts will be deleted, and only one account is allowed to upload items.

We found that your account still has a negative balance. Before merging the accounts, the sum of the funds in the two accounts must exceed the minimum withdrawal fee before applying for a one-time withdrawal. After the commission is settled, the accounts are allowed to be merged.

I don’t understand what’s going on, I saw 6 exclusive tracks in my portfolio. But I can’t be exclusive.
I see this problem, not only for me. Maybe I didn’t do it on purpose either. I went to my profile settings and saw there “Your Exclusivity Agreement:

Usually, exclusive items will have a yellow logo in the upper left corner (you can view the specific information through the attachment). The six selected tracks do not have this logo, so they are non-exclusive items. We will investigate the cause of this situation later, and thank you for your feedback!
