    Hello! I have a question about streaming sites. Can I on an exclusive account (China / worldwide) upload my tracks to Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music and TikTok? Wouldn’t that be contrary to the contract?

    100Audio, which contract is suitable for uploading to streaming services?

    Hi,KarmaMusicUA

    It depends on which country the streaming services you want to upload your tracks to belongs to. There’re two situations. If the streaming services are non-Chinese ones, then China-Exclusive contract is suitable. If the streaming services are Chinese ones, then only Non-Exclusive contract is suitable.
