Hello! You send me a contract and I have some questions about it. I worry about 20000$ penalty you can apply to me if you do not like something. I am preparing to sign a non-exclusive contract. Can you explain to me what cause it could be that you apply that penalty to me? All tracks are written by me (I have a source project of all of them ), but in some tracks I used samples from sample libraries – is it can become a cause? Also I protect all my tracks by Content ID service Identifyy. Can it become a problem for you?

    Hi Registered User 58854,

For the first question, I want to tell you that each situation about Breach of Contract is already listed in the Article of the contract, one important point is you should enjoy full copyright of your works, samples are parts of the copyright of the works. If these samples being suspected of infringement, you can see Article 13.3 to figure out the relevant Contract Provisions.
As for Content ID, the author can upload this kind of item conventionally,if our customer needs help in the future, we will contact the author for help, such as providing the corresponding account name and other information.
I hope that’s been of some help.
