    This morning I received a letter in the mail that they bought one track from me, but on page 100audio the amount did not change

    It is a shame that the customer would like to choose another item, but he accidentally bought this item that contrary to his real decision,so when he bought the correct one, we made him a refund.

    the return to the author is made after he was able to download the track? this is a loophole for scammers.

    Actually, we have the same attitude as you, so we keep track of all downloads from the customers, we make the customer a refund only the download of this item is 0. Please rest assured.
