How do I close my account and have all personal information deleted?

Your account can not be deleted, because the applications and replies on topics both rely on the existence of this account. You can just choose to no longer upload the music works, there will be no changes in this account and all information is safe, please rest assured.
Information safe? Many have said that and then got hacked.
You have tax information including my social security and passport numbers.
Sorry, I do not feel ‘rest assured.’ Especially when you refuse to purge my account. That is highly suspicious.
My only comfort is that I did not upload any of my compositions.

As described in Article 12, both parties will observe the confidentiality clauses of the contract and all the information related with the Contract. These guarantees are firm and legally binding.
You can write the notification of refusing to extend the term there before the expiration of the term of the agreement, then the relevant department will help you to delete your account.
