100Audio will be closed from February 11th, 2021 to February 17th, 2021 in observance of Chinese New Year. Reviewing, info modification and application will be temporarily out of service within this period.
We are returning on February 18th, 2021. Uploads or requests will generally be processed after that. Any withdrawal applications received between January 16th, 2021 and March 15th, 2021 will be settled around March 20th, 2021.

What about me that made the request for withdrawl before and still didnt get any confirmation?

Generally, the confirmation mail is sent between the 15th and the 20th of any given month. The relevant department is pressing ahead with it, thank you for your patience.

The Screenshot below is the record of your application from last month to now, you can see the exact time of the applications that you submitted.
Any withdrawal applications received between January 16th and March 15th will be settled around March 20th because of the observance of Chinese New Year.
The confirmation and the process of all payments will last from March 15th to March 20th (Postponed to the next workday if it is a weekend or a statutory holiday), then authors will receive it after March 20th generally.
