    Dear 100Audio team,

I have run into a problem; I recently uploaded a track and got this message: 很遗憾您上传的音频”[del](This item cannot be proved)Happy Ukulele (10 Versions)”,未能通过审核;标题中已写明未通过原因,修正标题内提到的错误内容后重新提交音乐。

My original certification included the screenshot and the midi, as usual. Before reuploading the track, I took a new screenshot and exported and double-checked the midi again. I also decided to include in the new Original Certification an audio track of the main instrument, because I realized that the midi part doesn’t really look as it sounds, so to speak (it’s a Kontakt instrument with lots of keyswitches and notes that don’t match the real sound), and I thought that might be the problem. After reuploading the track, I got the same message.

Is there a way to solve it? Or should I just skip the track this time? I would really appreciate any help. I don’t want to cause any inconvenience to your curator team, just want to understand what I did wrong so that I don’t do it again in the future.

Thank you very much in advance.

    Kind regards,

    Fernando Ortega (ONMmusic)

    Hi, ONMmusic

We have checked these two items which were rejected, it can actually be proved, the reason is the misprocess of the relevant reviewer in the rejected system and now is already normal. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this matter has given you, we advise you to upload it again. Thank you for your kind feedback!

Thanks a million for your quick response!

No problem at all, I will upload the track again. It’s fantastic to know that in this library there is a team of real people taking care of the contributors.

    All the best,

    Fernando Ortega (ONMmusic)
