    Hi 100audio,
    It says my track https://100audio.com/en/download/1935286/ has 4 purchases but It only shows 3 purchases on my earnings page. Can you please explain?.

    Hi Rainforestaudio,

    Thank you for your patience, we’re trying to seek out how this problem occurred, we found this item has been purchased twice by the same customer from Music license2 to lincense5 on August 19, 2020, the last purchase was for the larger audience size and more copies or downloads. But the records show the merge data but not the two separate data, this technical problem has been feed to our technical department, we will inform on the forum after the functional upgrading. Thank you for your feedback and suggestions.
