    Hi…I uploaded my ID but it was rejected. I don’t have a passport or a driving license so I used what I do have. I have used this ID on other sites to confirm my ID and it’s been accepted

    We are clear how important is the NI number card in your country, but we need you to provide an authoritative card containing the identity information of a person or the identity credential with a photo on it, so it usually refers to passport, driver’s license, etc. So is it possible that you find another credential or card which complies with the requirements above.

    My Proof Of Age card has a photo with my name and date of birth on it so not sure if that would work. I sent that with my NI number card and bank card on the ID I sent. As I don’t have a passport or driving license that’s all I have really as ID. All those combined I thought would work fine as proof of ID but I haven’t really got any other form of ID I can send

    The standard of our review is to be able to prove your personal identity and issued by the official authority with ID number. If you think it can be met, you could upload it, and then the relevant staff will review it.
