Dear 100 Audio Staff,
Hi,
I’ve got an annoying issue with the certification, most of the time my certification lead to a rejection. And I don’t understand why, I always give a screen shot + an MP3 with a lonely element from my track but it’s not working properly. Maybe is it because I making many upload in one time, and that I always DELETE each Certification zip to avoid do upload the wrong one ?
Is there a delay that while I have to keep the ZIP files in the upload process before submitting new track ?
Obviously I really understand your intention with the original certification, but in this case I found it really annoying, because it took some time that I would prefer spend by composing more musical stuff for you and other place !

I always delete the ORIGINAL CERTIFICATION because I always give it the same name, so maybe this is reason that the certification is declined ?
I can now give a different title for each certification to avoid to making mistake

You have two items were rejected recently. The first one is the certification file you provide is identical to the original audio file, so it can not be proved. The second one may be because there are two different items choose the same certification file, then the others will be directly deleted by the system except the first one. When you upload again, please be careful not to upload the same certification zip.Thanks a lot ! I will fix this 🙂
