    Hi StockXMusic,

The instruction of Editing the online item is for the Author who wants to transfer his/her items from the World-Exclusive account to the China-Exclusive account, because it’s allowed on our site that World-Exclusive account downgrade to the China-Exclusive account. But any type of Exclusive agreement cannot be switched to Non-Exclusive at will, any contract is no joke, Either of the PARTIES shall perform its responsibilities under this CONTRACT strictly, to be frank, there is a limit to our concessions, we have already give Exclusive authors the right to downgrade their agreement to the type of China-Exclusive without any cost. Please act at least with a basic level of respect on your personal opinion, thank you for your understanding.

    Hello, my dear 100Audio!

I have been reading the forum for a long time, and I see that some authors have problems with exclusivity rights, and they receive fines. This stock does not have the ability to delete your work, unlike other stocks.

In this regard, I would like to ask questions:
    1. I am writing works exclusively and specifically for your site for about half a year, I have a completely exclusive contract. If I inadvertently (God forbid) make a mistake by uploading a work from another drain, what penalty do you charge for 1 track? I’m just really worried when I saw a discussion on the forum that one author was fined almost 2 thousand dollars, which is a huge amount!
    2. Can I create another account, non-exclusive, with the same SoundRose name, and transfer all the tracks there? (To keep my feminine nerves in order.) Do I need to pay extra in case of transition?
    3. In case of an error, do you negotiate or immediately a fine? If the track from another drain is immediately deleted, will the penalty still remain?

In fact, I do not want to change the exclusivity, but as I see your fines in the discussion of other musicians on the forum, I really feel bad. After all, everyone can make a mistake, we are all people and not robots.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Hello!
I was wondering how could I delete my account?

    #2246193

    Hi SoundRose,

Generally, when we found the illegal actions, the system will give the penalty immediately, if it is solved before the deadline we have given in the Violation Notice, the author can receive part of the total penalty amount.

Deleting the item(s) from (China-)Exclusive or Transferring the item(s) from (China-)Exclusive account to Non-Exclusive for personal reason are both not allowed, you can check the topic of uploading (https://100audio.com/en/topic/1018070/) for more information about “How to remove/delete/edit the uploaded music?”. But authors can create a non-exclusive account to uploading new tracks, they don’t impact each other.

If you have the special reason for removing item(s), you can apply for editing the published item for removal, then the relevant staff will review it. Here’s the link:https://100audio.com/en/vendor-dashboard/modify/

    Hello, JaNaeo!
Thanks a lot for the explanation!
No, I don’t want to make any changes and delete the music either.
I love exclusivity for its good% of sales.

    Hi Registered User 56927,

You haven’t become the musician of 100Audio, so the information of registration includes your E-mail account only, I think there is no sense to delete your account and it will not affect you. Thank you for your inquiry.

I need to transfer all my tracks from a Chinese exclusive account to my non-exclusive account.
I really need to do this, since I cannot register these tracks in the Content ID, because if I do this through my aggregator, then these tracks may appear in Chinese stores, which would violate the contract.
I already realized that at my request you do not do this, but what circumstances should arise in order for you to transfer tracks from a Chinese exclusive account to my non-exclusive account?

    Hi StockXMusic,

You can apply for transferring all your tracks from the China-Exclusive account to your Non-Exclusive account after the expiration of the term of the contract. There is no substitute for this way. I hope that’s been of some help.
