    I have an exclusive contract with another stock about my track placed here on 100audio, but 100audio reduced to remove this item. I didn’t give exclusive rights on my tracks, I’m the author and I have the right to dispose of the track. How can I delete the track? I incur losses and will be required to pay a fine due to the fault of 100audio, because they refuse to return my track to me!

    You signed the contract, which says that you can’t delete tracks for a year. Is not it so?

    Am I right that my theme Inspiring Acoustic Indie isn’t on the market right now? But anyway you can’t remove it? Maybe I can replace it my different but similar item, ok?

    Some misunderstandings factors need to be clarifed，we refused your delete request in strict accordance with our contract. You are a China-Exclusive author on our site, as described in Article2, 2.3, ‘Within the validity period of the Agreement, as long as Party A uploads its works on Party B’s platform website, it shall not arbitrarily edit, delete and remove the works without Party B’s written approval’. The item you want to remove was approved on September 30th, 2019, why you forgot that this item has already uploaded to our site before you uploaded it to another exclusive platform? Please find out who got to this fault truly.

    oh…really, I admit my mistake, but I really hope that you will forgive me and go ahead and remove the track from the sale. As a compensation I can replace it with my similar track, upload more of my work to your stock. What do you say?

    This item has been removed for you. Fair warning: please make sure the work is not uploaded on any other platform when you upload it next time. After uploading, it can’t be sold to other platforms or individuals in any form either either, otherwise you will be prosecuted for violating the exclusive terms.
