100Audio is the largest music marketplace in China, if we need only processing petty cash payments(less than 10,000 USD), we can make a direct payment for the author. However, the real situation is we have over 250,000 USD need to pay. China is a country strictly implement foreign exchange control, any person or corporation wants to make a large amount of foreign payment all need to comply with legal procedures, moreover, it’s vital to pay taxes for every author. We can’t process these online payments directly, because it’s illegal in China. We sincerely hope you can understand us all the while.
