    I tried to apply as an enterprise user, but it was rejected because of the corresponding enterprise certificate.
    What kind of certification do I need to provide? There are no descriptions about it on the website and in an email from 100Audio.
    We are a Japanese company.

    You were rejected because you uploaded your personal ID when you applied as an enterprise user, so you need to provide the business license or trading certificate of your company in Japan.
