100Audio will be closed from January 24th, 2020 to January 30th, 2020 in observance of Chinese New Year. Reviewing, info modification and application will be temporarily out of service within this period.
We are returning on January 31st, 2020. Uploads or requests will generally be processed after that. Any withdrawal applications received between December 15th, 2019 and February 15th, 2020 will be settled around February 20th, 2020.

Yes, you understand it correctly.
Banks have started holidays before our settlement date and can not make it happen to receive our payment applications. So as long as our authors make the withdrawal application before February 15th, 2020, then the qualified authors could receive our payment around February 20th, 2020.
