    Hello,

    I don’t quite understand what “Physical address” and “Bank address” mean. I live in Russia and my bank is Sberbank. As I understand it (searched on the Internet), the menu “Bank address” should say “19 Vavilova St., 117997 Moscow, Russia” (this is the main branch of Sberbank in Russia), but I live in another city and opened an account in the branch your city. Please explain to me what information I should indicate in these menus. “Physical address” is the mailing address of my bank in which I torn off an account? In addition, my bank (Sberbank) does not have an IBAN, unlike European banks. As I understand it, it’s enough to specify SWIFT. This is true?

    Hi chjoy48,

    For “Physical address”: It’s your personal address, it’s your personal information.
    ‘Bank address’ is the bank address, you just need to fill in the bank address of the bank where you have an account.
    IBAN: Russian authors don’t need to fill in this information.

    That is, the physical address is the place of my residence (street, house, apartment), and the address of the bank is my bank in which I opened an account? Do I understand correctly?
