    When I received the reward, I received a notification.

    We assume that they mean that there is a discrepancy between the name of the recipient of the bank account (………), which you indicated, and your name in the ID

    How can I change my name? and how to fix it.

    And what is not the match? I have provided you with my “documents” which confirm that my name is mine.

    We have transferred the payment to your account, and the money had been already sent to your bank.
    But we did get the feedback from your bank that your name of the account is WRONG.
    You need to check that with your bank and response to us ASAP and tell us the correct name according to the banks’ response.
    What you thought right maybe is not right against the bank’s requirement.

    Just like I told you before, the money had already been sent to your bank, and your bank gave us the feedback that your name is wrong. So I think it’s better to ask your bank again.
    As for the email, I have told you that we are trying to contact your bank with the information you provided.
    I can’t reply to you with no reply from your bank. And we are trying to contacting your bank now! When you will receive your money depends on the work of your bank.
