    I have no idea why my files are automatically declined?????

    I’m doing everything that’s required, but the “automator” kicks it back and doesn’t give me any specific direction other than what I’ve already done.

    This is too much work and too frustrating. If I can’t figure this out I’ll stick with the other platforms to submit and sell music where it’s much more seamless

    Hi SingingDog,

    The reason why your tracks are declined is that your original certification file is empty.
    Please check that patiently then upload that again.
    Besides, we have told you the reason why your tracks are declined, (such as Automator: Certifications can not be only images or text/ Automator；No Original Certification)
