    Hello.
    Hope you’re having a great day.
    Here is my problem.
    I wrote all the banking information, received “Payment Supplementary Agreement”, signed it up and sent it back. But i dont received any reply and my bank info in profile is still empty.
    Did i do somethig wrong?

    Authors need to submit bank info and withdrawal application.
    After a double check, your bank info has been completed. But we have not received your withdrawal application.

    BTW: We will settle all applications received between the 16th of the last month and 15th of the current month on 20th of any given month (postponed to the next workday if it is a weekend or a statutory holiday).
