    I can’t understand why my files are being rejected.

    Hi JocDasn,

    After a double check, there is a mismatch between this music and the certification files uploaded. Please kindly check. And it may be a better choice for you to convert the main melody’s track into MP3 format file and upload the track again with this file together.

    Maybe it’s because in my project midi file there is a note scale?

    After checking, the note scale is not the reason that your track was declined.
    You could re-upload in the way we mentioned above.

    I found what the problem was. Midi files exported from reaper cannot be opened in other DAW.
