    Hello community 100audio. I see a sale on my page – $ 1,290.00. Together with the rest of the sales it turns out – $ 1,108.63. Why is this amount negative? Can I withdraw these funds to my bank account?

    Hi Kinone，

    You have received your future earnings in advance in our advanced earning campaign.
    Then the advanced money will offset the amount of your sale until they are even.
    The negative number displayed on your page is the earning left that should be offset.

    Hi Kinone,

    Yes, dear. After receiving our prepaid earnings in advance, authors could withdraw funds after the sales are equal to the prepaid amount, which means you could withdraw again when you see the number changes from “negative” to “zero” or “plus”.
