Hi Everyone,
I have had one of my tracks stolen and fraudulently put on another chinese website. I am trying to get it removed but cannot access the site to report it as I do not speak Chinese.
100audio think I have done this. There is no way of contacting the website via email or in English. Has this happened to anybody else? Can anyone in china help report this fraud on my behalf?

It will also be nice to know the sites that support fraudulent schemes. It would also be nice to create a blacklist of unscrupulous sites – this will encourage sites – committed to an impeccable reputation.
In fact, a black list of sites that conduct inappropriate policies towards authors and customers should exist.
I hope in the end your situation will be solved in your favor.
04/23/2019 at 17:28 #1025951My music was put onto a Chinese streaming site called QQ music. I have never heard of it until 100audio notified me of the duplication. I have not released my tracks onto streaming sites so I do not know how they did it.
In order to report it you must download their app which is all in Chinese and have a Chinese mobile number. I am based in the UK so obviously do not have a Chinese phone number and there is no other way of contacting QQ or its parent company Tencent.
The link to the track is as follows:
https://y.qq.com/n/yqq/album/003TVaCH03QzqY.html#stat=y_new.singer.index.album_name
I desperately need someone in china to help me report this. I have only joined 100 Audio after they found my portfolio on a western site and have sold some music. 100 audio will not listen to my emails or explanations and are threatening to remove my account. This is all so stressful.

For copyright issues, 100Audio’s consistent attitude is serious: never tolerate.
After our legal department evaluates your case, we will email you soon. -
