A long winter is over. A girl is strolling through the forest observing first signs of spring. She is walking next to the small creek. The sun is piercing through the treetops. The girl is absorbing the freshness in the air and enjoying the lush greenery that surrounds her. There is something so promising in the arrival of the spring. She feels energized as if everything she wants to achieve can be achieved. The regeneration of nature represents her own regeneration and rebirth. She is smiling, finally having the sense of hope that everything is going to be alright. She follows the creek knowing it would lead to the edge of the forest. It feels as if there is something magical waiting there for her. She paced up, almost running, eager to get there. Soon, she catches a glimpse of the meadow that spreads from the forest. She starts running towards it and towards the sun. The moment she feels the full sun on her face and the vast meadow in front of her, she feels nothing but joy and happiness. It seems like a new start, new life that she is about to start living. She is running across the meadow, giggling and spinning around, soaking up the sunshine and the warmth. Feeling overwhelmed, she just lay down in the grass, smiling and feeling grateful that she is alive. She can breathe again after shaking off the grey coat of winter. She is free.
