Hello,
1. My name is KBH; I’m a new musician on 100audio. My account was validated and I started uploading my tracks. Unfortunately, every time is the same situation: the upload is in progress during 10 minutes and then I have this message: ‘HTTP error’ (see attachments).
All tracks in the Zip file are in wav format, 16-Bit Stereo, 44.1 kHz; without a password.
On the other hand I can upload the’ CERTIFICATIONS’ (jpegs in a Zip file) without any problem.
How can I download my tracks, please?
2. Second question: if I have a track with more than one version – do I have to put all versions separately in the Zip file? Or put in the Zip file a single track with all versions, one after the other?

Today I used the new (alternative) uploader, unfortunately all my attempts ended in failure.
I attach a screenshot where you see that after each download a yellow triangle appears; and when you approach the mouse pointer – there is the message: HTTP Error.
I’ve tried to upload small pieces (1-2 MB) or larger (19-20 MB), but the result is always the same.
For my attempts I used Mozilla, Chrome and Edge.
I hope we’ll find a solution 🙂

I saw you uploaded 2 times,
I checked the files you uploaded. You uploaded 2 “73.5KB proof file”.
You may have not uploaded the wav file, Maybe their filenames are very similar.

I have the same “HTTP error”problem and i cannot see any “alternative way of uploading”. The ZIP with WAVs have uploaded fine but i cannot upload the ZIP with certificates. My internet connection is fine. I have also tried different titles in the zip file.
