Recently the automatic pre-trial system went online
After few weeks of testing, the beta version is now running
Different from the manual audit, the pre-trial system will return such files, including missing documents and other basic information errors. The manual audit process will only return the track with quality problems. After being declined by the pre-trial system, there will be a corresponding reason for the error in the title as follows:
No Download Zip File: Uploads are not with “.zip”, please pack your track to ZIP and upload it.
No Download File: No uploads can be found, please check whether the tracks were uploaded successfully.
Download File does not exist: The file was not uploaded successfully caused by the network errors and etc., during the uploading process. Please re-upload.
No Original Certification: The Original Certification is empty, please check whether the document has been uploaded successfully.
No Original Certification Zip File: Original Certification is not with “.zip”, please pack the Original Certification to ZIP and upload it in the proper section.
Original Certification does not exist: The Original Certification was not uploaded successfully caused by the network errors and etc., during the uploading process. Please re-upload.
No Wave File: After unzipping the pack, no WAV file was found, please check whether the audio is of WAV format.
No valid Audio File: There is no valid audio file, the extracted WAV file is damaged. Please check whether the uploaded WAV file is effective.
Wav Format Error: Only the WAV format with 44100 Hz 16-bit stereo quality can be accepted.
Pending: The pre-trial process was passed and the file is waiting for the manual audit right now.
Please check twice before uploading files in order to meet the requirements. When modifying the declined file, please delete the error code, for example, change “[Automator: No Download File]Music Name” to “Music Name”, otherwise, the file with the error code in its title will not be in the pre-trial system and be idle.

The system rejects my tracks with the message “Automator:No Original Certification”.
What I’ve made:
1) a screenshot of the project in PNG;
2) exported a midi of the project;
3) packed in ZIP and downloaded on the download-page.Please help, what’s wrong? Thanks )

For your problem, you can try to upload your original certification again.
And it’s better to upload a zip with a screenshot of your channels and an exported audio file of your lead instrument.
And please let me know by posting here if your problem is solved.

The problem were solved yesterday, when I changed the PNG screenshot on JPG screenshot. I’ve decided that the problem was in the PNG format of the project’s screenshot. Now all is right, thanks!
I tried to update a file with a better mix of the track and also to change its name and got rejected with [del]（Has been modified to the latest version).
Why can’t I do this simple update?

My track was rejected with this kind of message “Your uploaded item “[del]（This item cannot be proved）Dreamy Fashion Night Ambient House Background” was declined.
If there’s an “Automator” in your title, it means that your item was rejected by the system automatically because of simple problems including but not limited to missing documents and other basic information.”

This is because of the original certification you uploaded before can’t be used.
That is to say, you need to re-upload the certification according to the rules:
A. MIDI works: Upload a zip with a screenshot of your channels and an exported MIDI file of your project.
B. Recording works: Upload a zip with a screenshot of your channels and an exported audio file of your lead instrument.
And it’s better to upload an entire longitudinal track, including a more pronounced melody and bottom harmony.

I do everything as before. One archive with Wav files and another with a screen and midi tracks

It founds no file, so you need to compress the files(screenshot of your channels and an exported MIDI file of your project.) to a ZIP file.
Upload it again with the ZIP file, please.

First of all , the automated systems, the robots .. Noone likes them, please consider using a person from start, someone to talk too about my problem than talking in a forum.So my problem is that on some music (older music) i ve lost the midi files due to HD failure. But these tracks were registered to my PRO and have been on my site, youtubechannel etc for ages. So in certification zip file i uploaded a zip file with an xls directly sent by my PRO with the tracks metadata in it, and a txt explaining all of that. Of course i got rejected by a weird msg saying something about an automator that i didn’t really get. Can i talk to a real person about this plz?

We have checked your work which was rejected, the reason for rejection is that there is only an Xls file, but Xls file cannot prove the originality of your work directly and conclusively. The regulations of each platform or organization are different, on our site, we only accept midi file to prove your works. Although we already know that your work is registered in Pro, we still can’t accept your explanatory txt and track’s metadata as the original certificate.

Hello! I received 22 declined tracks saying “This item cannot be proved” even though I made sure my uploads included screenshots of my session, the audio being exported, and an mp3 of the audio track. What was I missing in my submissions?

The mp3 file you provided are exactly the same as the works, so it can not be proved. Recording works just need to export audio file of lead instrument as proof. If it’s solo work, you need to export the unprocessed version. It’s been a second time I upload this work, the upload process is already a bit long, what can I do more? I provide the prove that I’m the creator, I don’t want to re-upload 10 time a day, I plan to upload lot of track on 100AUdio today so if you can help me to make it a bit easier it could be great,
