First, the refund application review and follow-up author’s fee settlement

1, Refund application for review

① If the product hasn’t been downloaded (100Audio team can query whether or not the product has been downloaded), and has not yet issued an invoice or contract, the user’s refund request can be accepted.

② If the product hasn’t been downloaded (100Audio team can query whether or not the product has been downloaded), but the submitted application has issued an invoice or contract case, the user’s refund request will not be accepted.

③ if the product has been downloaded, the user’s refund request will not be accepted. 100Audio items are digital products and can be replicated. In order to better protect the original music copyright, the team can not accept user’s refund request, if the item has been downloaded.

2, Author’s fee settlement after refund

① After 100Audio’s team accepts the user’s refund application, if the author’s fee has already been paid, the team will add a negative fee in the background of the music fee and send a message to inform the author.

② After 100Audio’s team accepts the user’s refund request, if the author’s fee has not yet been paid, the team will cancel the author’s fee and send a message to inform the author.

Second, the purchase of music upgrades after the author’s fee settlement.

When a user upgrades an order ( purchases a higher license ), the original purchase order is canceled after the purchase is completed.

The author’s fee will still be calculated as usual and will not be revoked.

User upgrades do not have any effect on the author’s fee.

After the occurrence of the two types of purchases ( mentioned above ), the 100Audio’s team will inform the author and explain the situation. The development of the site goes hand in hand with the authors’ cooperation. We thank the authors for being understanding and supportive.
