    Hello, thanks for your answer. Could you please double-check? I checked with my bank and your bank send the wrong sum of $268 instead of $295.54 plus I had to pay some fees ($31) from your bank, why? I attached the screenshot from the bank transaction as proof.

    Because Bank of China also deducts the handling fee, in the case of international transfers, both the transfer-in bank and the transfer-out bank will charge a certain fee. This is the general rule of the bank. Thank you for your understanding.

    Thanks for your message, can you please send me proof of this transfer-in/-out fee (as I did)? I would like to see the correct sum of $295.54 with those deductions. I don’t feel so comfortable accepting this kind of argument with no clear proof. And can you also please tell me in which paragraph it is written in the contract that I must pay those fees? Thanks for your collaboration.

    I will ask the financial department for you, but Bank of China may not give us relevant documents. This will not be disclosed in the forum due to the privacy information such as personal bank accounts.

    I have asked relevant colleagues, and they told me that the less part is that the bank deducted the handling fee, and the transaction is no problem

    I asked the finance department for you, and they reported that the bank in China deducted a handling fee of $27, and then the bank in your country deducted another amount of money.
    The remaining part is deducted by the intermediary bank.
    Your commission has been charged by three banks
    If the finance can get the bank’s certificate, they will contact you by email
