    Please tell, What does this mean? Did I somehow obtained from contractual provisions? If so, why I wasn’t aware of that by the email? When I first received the email about the violation appeal, could you just tell to do something by the N date or by the end of month? I wasn’t aware of that on any paper I signed, on any message I received from you.

    24th of February: Tetsu sent me a non-exclusive contract to sign
    25th of February: I sent the signed documents back to you
    no answers…
    28th of February I received this message:

    So we decide to downgrade your account to Non-Exclusive mandatorily.

    The Non-Exclusive contract will send to you for re-signing by the staff of our relevant department, the new contract will become effective when the contract signs back to us, meanwhile, the corresponding fine above will be deducted.

    The message I received at the very end of the month… Why mandatorily? The documents I’ve already sent earlier. Does this mean that you haven’t seen my signed docs for the non-exclusive agreement and made some decisions on my account based on your wish since It was the end of the month and you was forced to do something with my account?

    we will deduct the illegal income from the difference amount between (China-)Exclusive and Non-Exclusive since you became the (China-)Exclusive author.

    The formula for the fine is as follows:

    [the total revenue during the (China-)Exclusive period]* [1-1/(your Commission Rate before downgrading)*0.36]= The fine of difference in earnings

    Please, tell me, show me where you told about it earlier??? Please show where this was mentioned in the documents you sent me earlier THAT I SIGNED?

    Why you took all the items for the penalty? Does the other items also violate the contract?

    First of all, you said before that you want to be downgraded to a non-exclusive author. On the page of the appeal, it is also stated that the downgrade will deduct the commission for the difference. I have already returned all the money you originally fined to you, and the current negative commission is the difference money.
    Now that your account is normal, the violation is over.
    For example, some authors who violate the rules but do not actively solve them will cause unpredictable legal risks, which may lead to account bans or lawsuits, which we do not want to see.

    Thank you for registering as a 100Audio author. You had passed our quality and profile review 30 days ago. However, your application has expired because you failed to send back the contract in time. If necessary, please click the link below and register again.

    I don’t know what’s going on and what that means… I sent the last documents in 25th of February.

    Anyways,

    THE SUMMARY: Your team found that my account was violated the rules, and as a result your team decided that they have rights to do EVERYTHING THEY WANT with my account going beyond the contract which I signed and sent to you.
