I don’t understand what I have to do. I get an email every time I try to upload a track. I don’t see the actual reason on the title as suggested by the email:
Your uploaded item “[del][Automator:Duplicate product file=2757332]Powerful Motivational Cinematic” was declined.
If there’s an “Automator” in your title, it means that your item was rejected by the system automatically because of simple problems including but not limited to missing documents and other basic information.
Please return to the link blow, Correct the mistakes mentioned in the title and Re-upload it again.

I already re-uploaded, change the title, double checked the documents. What should I do?

When you receive this prompt, this is notice that the system has detected that the music you uploaded is duplicated with the existing works in the system:
1. The audition file is the same.

I have so far two tracks that have this issue of being duplicated in the title but they are two different tracks and I double-checked the audio file and the midi are also different. Should I maybe delete them and start over with both of them?

Maybe you encountered a network error while uploading or some other reason caused the upload file error. You can modify it and try to upload it again. If the music and midi are different, it will usually not be rejected by the system.
