Hello! I recently uploaded a track called “Ecstatic Future Bass” (now renamed “Rejoicing Future Bass”), which was just approved, and I noticed that the audio was altered slightly; much of the high frequencies seemed to be boosted in the song. I’m not sure if this was intended or what the reason for this change was?
I also realized that in the original track I did not de-click some of the vocals, which caused some unwanted noise, so I wonder if this was why the changes were made. In any case I have now fixed the audio clicking issue, and could re-upload the updated track, if that is permitted?
As I know, if you download preview file of any track on 100audio, it would have “mp3, 96kb” format. That high paramateres of compression cause drastical changes in audio, which sounds like boosted high end.
Huh… well I took a listen to a few other tracks on the site and the audio didn’t seem to be altered as much as mine had been, but of course I have no idea what the original pre-compressed versions of the tracks sounded like. If this is indeed the case then I would ask why this is done, as it would give viewers/customers kind of an inaccurate idea of what the music actually sounds like?

We do not have the right to modify your original audio, the music you upload is your original audio. If your music has been sold, customers will get the original version of the WAV file, there will be no compression caused by the deterioration of the quality of the music.
