Hi 100Audio team!
I am trying to upload a track(project)
As usual I upload all the files necessary to be approved for licensing on your site.
At the beginning I can see the track in pending status (see in the attachment the track is “Promotional Fashion And Technology” )but then just disappears….what is strange is that it is not rejected by your AI system as I do not receive any rejection message not in inbox nor in spam and I cannot find on the rejection list of tracks either….strangely it just disappears as i have never uploaded it but I have the proof as you can see in the screenshot that I did. I tried several times and is happening the same thing….
Can you identify the problem? What is the bug?

We found that the music “Promotional Fashion And Technology” and “Promotional Electronic Technology” you uploaded are repeatedly items, so the system will automatically determine the duplicate and delete one of the items. There is no special prompt in this situation.Thank you for your understanding！

Your AI is killing me :-)… because some titles that have similar words …similarities for AI equals “the same”…. right… so becomes duplicate…
“no special prompt in this situation” right that’s your point of view but an AI / robot / program remains what it is will never replace a human!
I hope that “We found that the music “Promotional Fashion And Technology” and “Promotional Electronic Technology”” is we=AI and not you a human found it because the two tracks are really different…:-) just for the record.
