From the beginning I found that 100Audio makes changes and doing a lot of things behind in the back-end but is not notifying contributors nor communicating with us (or maybe just with a few,with the choosen ones)…. I hope this will change for better!
100Audio You are implementing something new I’m sure it has to do something with the track search engines, with algorithms and other business stuff that you are not willing to communicate with us. As you are willing to keep it secret like other sites also 🙂
Until now I could benefit from a longer titles that I could use as descriptive to my tracks rather then just giving a short title and it was working out just fine here and on other site also…
But now you have changed the rules now a title can have max. 35Characters ?! see in the attachment
Why???
Every other site use titles in the search engine for clients to found what they want by letting in titles keywords also but you apparently do not want that?! Why???
Maybe because you want track wit normal short titles to use the tracks on a “Asian” version of like “Spotify” ????
But then will us the contributors be payed for those listens?
More comumnication please so that we can see that you are transparent with us contributors!!!

First we want to tell you that the search results are decided by tags primarily and title secondarily, the keywords in the track description won’t affect the track finding.
There’re a number of cases that many titles of tracks are more than six words and even phrases to unfairly increase exposure when searching which will greatly affect the search results.

To maintain the fairness of the market, we have set standards for title, description and tags. Less than 35 characters in title is available and extra-long ones will be deleted somehow.
Besides，We’ll reject the tracks when there are lots of pointless words associated lightly with the track when we review because pointless words have nothing to do with the search result.
Hope you can understand our standards and efforts to maintain fairness of the market to the greatest extent.

And I agree with 100Audio implementing standards and the care of fairness BUT it STOPS There my agreement!!!!
I am HORRIFIED and feel great INJUSTICE toward US the contributors!!!
Why ??? because:
1. YOU ARE NOT COMMUNICATING WITH US, make changes but you DO NOT INFORM us about new rules, new “standards” etc… you just make the changes and that’s all AND THAT’s NOT FAIR!!! Are we partners in this business? OR you just use us and treat us as nobodies as trash… is it not thanks to us you are where you are??? When the power-shift has happened??? When started us the artist to be nobodies,no right to be informed nor nothing at all???
2. You are linking me up with tracks that have pointless titles you say BUT AREN’T YOU THE ONE THAT had them REVIEWED??? ACCEPTED THEM and put them to be found,licensable on your platform??? And now the owners/creators of those tracks WILL YOU THREATEN THEM???Or without notification and any “FAIRNESS” just delete their works or even give them penalties????After you have accepted them??? THIS IS DISTURBING !!! I cannot believe what you just wrote!!! I REALLY HOPE your words are NOT REPRESENTING THE FAIRNESS and THE SPIRIT of 100Audio!!!!
3. “Pointless words” what that means ???? MAYBE what is pointless to you it is not for me or for other contributor!!! How will YOU JUDGE from now our titles, descriptions??? You know WE ARE ENTITLED to KNOW and UNDERSTAND YOUR STANDARDS!!! You HAVE to Inform US,show us, GIVE examples as HOW YOU WANT or SHOULD be the Title and the DESCRIPTIONS of the tracks in order to be CONFORM to your standards by giving even EXAMPLES!!!! And then you should not DO EXEPTIONS as YOU DID in THE PAST!!! Do not GIVE PRIVILEGE to some contributors because we know, you make difference between us!!!PLEASE PLEASE 100Audio CHANGE!!! Be THE platform for US ALL!!! Be more INFORMATIVE and TRANSPARENT!!! COMMUNICATE WITH US !!! WE ARE MAKING YOU GREAT AND BIG AND BIGGEST!!! SO RESPECT US AND MAKE US FILL AS PARTNERS!!!

It is impossible for music to match any word, there are high-matching and low-matching ones.
Although some products with problems have been approved online, we will also modify them. Because a lot of content is reviewed manually, there may be omissions if it is reviewed by humans.

SO the Client comes on your site utilize the search engine / filters out by KEYWORD TEMPO what he is looking for and starts to LISTEN the TRACKS that’s all!!!!!!!
OR some times YOU as a company can receive a BRIEF from the company and YOU internally by YOUR employed STAFF are creating a selection a playlist and presenting to your client!!!
This is how it actually works!!!
A !!CLIENT!! WILL NEVER EVER have the TIME to READ DESCRIPTIONS NOR TITLES it is not even interested in such!!! THE CLIENT IS HERE FOR THE AUDIO!!!For SOUND-MUSIC so it listens!!!The DECISION IS MADE BY LISTEN and NOT By TITLE or DESCRIPTIONS!!!
And depending what WE put in title,tag and description and of course has to be relevant to the track than THANKS TO KEYWORDS YOUR SEARCH ENGINE / ALGORITHM will or not filter and put my tracks in front of the client!!! THIS IS THE TRUTH!!!

We’re sorry for not informing you producers in advance and your anger and aggrievedness. But the mess of uploading tracks did trouble us for a long time. We wish we’re the long-term partner with you and contribute to music industry together.
Hi “100Audio-Sussie” and 100Audio !
Apologies accepted but you know I understand perfectly your problem just that you as a company has to think of consequences act professional and have to communicate with the collaborators/partners/contributors.
We can understand and conform to new rules and guidelines and accept them if they are reasonable.
But changing something has to be communicated in advance, has to be implemented some kind of guidelines so that when you penalize or reject an uploaded track because of title or description you should be able to guide the contributor and give examples like create a forum article where you present how correct or wanted titles / descriptions should be written.
It was so unprofessional changing the rules and implementing the changes to those tracks that were uploaded before the change was made!
I know that 100Audio is growing and that means more work and sometimes growth and becoming bigger means lot of hard work and demanding changes BUT that should not lead to treat differently, unfairly your collaborators/partners/contributors who were and are making you what you are becoming: The Bigger Audio Selling Platform in Asia but Soon in The WORLD!
