Hi there,
I have uploaded 85 pieces and have waited a month for you to review the tracks for duplicates.
I started uploading on 2019/9/24 and after many failed uploads where I had to re-upload, I finished uploading the tracks on 2019/19 and the 85 tracks were all live from 2019/10/22.
I believe the problem I had uploading the tracks was at least partially due to your beta test software.
There was no question that your writer advance campaign was still active at this time.
Please advise me, at what date will the advance be released?

When I signed up as an exclusive China artist and read through all your information, nowhere did I see an extra tab or button to apply for the advance.
Your rep. made me believe that as long as I signed your exclusive China deal and uploaded within a certain time frame I would receive your advance.
In good faith I have uploaded a great deal of music.
I would hope we can resolve this technicality so I can continue to upload music to your site.

Sorry to hear that, it’s true that authors can get an advanced payment by uploading numbers of tracks.
But every author is supposed to respect the rules of the campaign and no one can get the payment if they don’t operate according to the rules.
The button of choosing to participate in the campaign is easy to notice and other authors indeed noticed it.
So considering the rules and the fair for the other authors, we can’t pay you the advanced payment

Every author is equal on 100Audio, so we can’t give you privilege in this matter.
And according to the contract, you can remove your tracks when the contract is expired:)

I have published a few of the pieces I uploaded to your site to Youtube and monetised them.
You will not know which tracks. If one of your international clients try and broadcast using these tracks they will be flagged.If you still wish to keep my catalog I will be forced to report you to ec.europa.eu and the other scam alert organisations and websites here in the UK, USA and Europe.
Erase my catalog and we will call this settled.

Just clarify again:
1. It’s your own fault that you didn’t choose to participate in the campaign. Don’t want to threat us to break the rules and pay you advanced earnings.
2. Threaten will not solve the problem, a legal contract will. The contract state that you can’t remove the tracks until the contract is expired. We don’t mind if you slander 100Audio on other sites, it just shows you are trying to blame others for your own fault, it’s not mature behavior.
3. The rule is the rule, everyone should obey the rules of the game. Authors who do everything right get the payment. Obviously, authors can’t get the advanced payment if they didn’t choose to participate in the campaign at first.Have a nice day:)

As for the authors mentioned above, there is a delay between uploading and showing on their author page. But they indeed satisfied all the conditions of the campaign.
Everyone is supposed to be responsible for his own fault, no exception for you.

If you goof it is your problem. Before downloading tracks, you could ask on the forum how to do this correctly. For example, I asked support directly through the mail. It’s foolish to demand an advance now. Keep downloading tracks and wait for sales. Of course there are not many, but I hope that the administration will engage in promotion and will be even better. Relax and write quality music and everything will be fine.
